Anyone try installing Homelink compass auto-dimming rearview mirror?

On a scale of 1-10, how difficult was it? Any tips or heads-ups on the install?

Had dealer install it as part of the purchase price. But you can see the install instructions online before doing it yourself.

I suppose difficulty depends on experience.

I found the instructions and it looks pretty straightforward.

Very easy. Just need to have the appropriate torx bit to remove and replace. There are a couple tabs that hold the A pilar and replacements should be included in the kit so no need to try and salvage the old ones. Less than an hour to install.
