I added a boost gauge to my 06 MS6. While doing so we were testing vacuum lines for pressure. We took one off of a green cone device by the intake manifold and hooked the t-bar in right there. Well since then the car is not idling correctly. It acts as if it is going to stall. We removed the t bar and put it back to normal. The car still ran bad. We disconnected the battery and moved the t bar over by the blow off valve. Connected the battery back about an hour later and the car still doing the same stuff. Ran a OBD 2 on the car and it displayed an MAFS code. I cleared the codes but they came back right away. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks,

It ended up being that along with a loose timing chain. It just made no sense that the MAFS would go bad. We did nothing to it. It actually shorted out to the point I would drive down the road in 6th gear and the traction control would come on and kill my engine. Crazy crap man.
