How to get new OEM parts and accessories below dealer cost

Yeah, I laid mine out on the floor in the warm house for a few hours to get it to flatten out. I really like the way it fits back there, and that it covers the two cubbies on the sides. Good stuff.

One thing that concerned me is it pushes down the area right below the bottom of the seat backs. But in sure they'll be fine.
Without the cargo tray, those flaps sit at 45 deg, but the tray pushes them down.

I tried to order and it gave me a bogus error "Currently, we only service purchases made from United States. All purchases must be made from within the US with a US bank issued credit card with matching US billing address." Can anybody confirm this site actually works?

Your location says Vancouver.
I'm assuming you mean Vancouver, BC.
Last time I checked, that's in Canada.

Not really a bogus error if you live in Canada...

BC.

Anybody from Canada found a good store to buy OEM accesories for less than dealer cost? I see lots of US options, I did look on ebay and found lots of US options as well..cannot say that we have so many options in Canada. Please let me know if you found anything good enough for us canucks.

This thread has a misleading title.

Normally the term "dealer cost" refers to the amount the dealer pays - not sells at. In other words wholesale price.

Try looking for coupons on dealers websites.
Sometimes they have 10-20% off accessories/parts.

PartsVP.com

Good selection. Much more than some sites mentioned earlier. Also, some parts are the best prices online.

Dealer "Mazda Gladstone" in Portland, Oregon told me that they will beat the price, even if it is the Internet. They give me a 15% discount on accessories for Mazda any time. I can not find accessories for less.

I am from Ontario, CA. I purchase all of my accessories from Arlington's VA Mazda. Mainly because they carry the Mazda 0W20 with Molly. Sure, I pay duties and our outrageous tax. Lol. Shipping is reasonable. Prices are well below what I would pay here. Check them out.

Side note. Went to a dealer in buffalo last week. We were doing a cross boarder day so I thought what the hell. I will get some stuff and save on shipping. First no oil. Second. Accessories were the same price as home. Did not want to risk paying duties when I came home on top so I just walked out. I could tell the guy did not want to leave his chair. Lol.

I used onlinemazdaparts.com/

Im from canada, i live at about 1h from the border. Got all my stuff shipped to UPS store (Plattsburgh, NY). Pick it up and passed custom easily. I saved about 1000$

That sounds like a great idea. Never thought about getting it shipped to a US Ups. Considering what I bought, could have installed in a Target parking lot. Thanks for the heads up.

Sorry to wake an old thread, but I wanted to add that Amazon actually has a lot of OEM parts. I ordered what I needed to add Remote Engine Start to my CX-5 through Amazon.

If you are looking for a cabin air filter, engine air filter, oil filter, and the drain plug crush washer, all for $50 (including shipping in the US) on ebay, highly trust worthy seller.
https://www.ebay.com (commissions earned)

Note:I am not the seller so please do not direct any questions to my account,I am only referring you to this page for your own good,to save money and time.

I wish I searched ebay a bit deeper. Thought I was getting a deal on the rear cargo all weather mat at $68 + $99 for the rest of them from the dealer but on ebay, there's a package set for all 5 pieces for $132 shipped. Hopefully this helps a more recent CX-5 owner or someone who's yet to buy these who's looking for them.

That's quite the find. I don't need them, but for anyone else, you got the link to this deal?
