The instructions I have say the unit is under the front seat which it is and then you remove the bracket. I looked under the seat from both the front and back after 5 minutes of looking decided on the 3 screws on the bracket from the back seat which was correct.
Move the front seat all the way forward. There are 3 screws total, 2 screws are in the floor and the 3 is screwed to the unit. The DVD button is clear on the right almost behind the seat mount, very hard to see so just feel. Make sure the key is in the ACC position. The disc comes out on the far right also so there isn't a lot of clearance. Put the new disc in and make sure you don't turn the key off until map is updated.
