Smells like a water leak. No visible leak

After the all the rain (over 7 inches and counting) from this tropical storm (or anytime we get large amount of rain) my car smells like musty mildew inside like water has leaked in. I've checked over everything and don't see any leaks or feel any water. All 5 windows are perfectly sealed, trunk is dry, all carpets including under the seats and as far up the dash I can reach is dry. I lifted the bottoms of the door covers and they are dry, too.
I've gotten under the car and don't see anywhere water could have gone in (no damage or rust underneath, and it wasn't driven for the last day or two)
Is this just from the very high humidity mixed with a 9 year old car?

You might wanna check a little further in the trunk under the hardened cardboard piece that rest on the spare tire... I found water on the left side of my trunk basin after a heavy rain... It was two inches deep right under my left tailight in a cavity there. Good luck
