Yeah, that would get annoying fast. And this happens when you are actually driving? Does it happen with the hazards?
Are all of your turn signal lights working? Maybe it's the indication that a bulb is out? I dunno, but that would drive me nuts.
It happens not all the time. If it does it happens with all turn lights working and even when I close the car and the lights blink you can hear this sound.
It is not normal. Even in Europe. Maybe there is a loose contact?
I have an tow bar mounted on the car. Maybe that has something to do with it?
