Protege 5 healight not working

I have HID's and have had them for atleast a year and the other day my passenger side wont ignite, it will flicker, but not come on, now the high beam on that side isnt working either, however the turn signal still works on that side, any suggestions??

Did you install the ballast with a wiring kit that connects to the battery? If not the ballast may have shorted out and shorting out part of the harness:/ That's why i ran a relay harness in fear this might happen to me!
