So, on the list of things to do is the rear speaker replacemet. I've done my fronts and HU some time ago, now it's time to tackle the back.

Has anyone put component speakers in the back? is it worth it?

I put components in the front, since my ear is right there, it makes sense, not sure if it is the case with the back.
i have infinity in the front and will do the same in the back.

If there's passenger in the middle or rear most seats most of the time, I guess it would not be a bad idea. But if you drive alone with passenger on front, I guess it would not make that big of a difference. But I'm pretty sure that the imaging will definitely improve.

you can get component speakers that are "convertibles" so to speak, you can mount the tweets seperatly or leave them attached to the main speaker base.
