WTB VICS and VTCS solenoids

my VTCS solenoid is shot, and my VICS is running a little high (probably just dirty), so i may as well buy both of em haha.
 
sorry for being silly, is this the part that attaches to the intake manifold? if so, i have a mani that im gonna send to grimmspeed for modding, i should be able to pull this? as theyre not gonna reuse it..
 
haha it's ok. i had no idea what it was until today. but yeah, it the green and white plugs on top of the manifold that have the vacuum lines connecting to the butterfly valves in the intake mani. if you find out you dont need it, then id love to take it off your hands :)
