as far as i know, the two models stock wheels have the exact same specs, just different spoke pattern. should fit with no problems.

They should fit but I'm not sure if those wheels will take your TPMS sensors. I would check into this as you probably don't wan't the TPMS light to be on constantly.

I was clicking through a Mazda 5 accessories site based in the UK. They were also selling OEM replacement 16 and 17 inch rims for the 2012 Mazda 5. The offset on the 16 and 17 inch wheels this site had listed was +52mm.
