Rear wiper doesn't come up? Front headrest doesn't go back?

Gave the car its first wash this weekend. The rear wiper on mine doesn't come up. Usually I like putting all the wipers up.

Couldn't do it on the rear hatch. Had to raise the wiper slowly (went up a bit), get the sponge under there. Normal on this car? If so, quite strange!

Secondly, the two headrests in the front driver/pass seat, leans forward. I like it straight, otherwise it is encroaching on my neck. Couldn't find a way to move it back.

Ideas?

if the rear wiper is anything like my 2008 model, there is a small plastic clip that covers the motor shaft. remove that clip, and the rear wiper will lift away from the window.

Will check once I go home. Thank you. Kinda annoying if that is the case. My MINI has rear wiper (small like the 5) and doesn't have any problem lifting up.
