Well, the POS is broken down again. What a surprise.

I've got this squealing/high frequency chirping sound that occurs when the engine is under load. This happens when I try to accelerate quickly (ie anything more than an old lady in a Buick) or when parked and quickly revving the engine. The sound does not happen if I rev the engine slowly.

It is not the serpentine belts or any accessories. I have removed both belts and very briefly ran the engine. The noise is still there, but again, only when revved quickly. The timing belt, timing belt tensioner, and water pump were all replaced within the last 20000 miles.

The noise sounds like it's coming from the front of the engine (passenger's side), although it's difficult to tell because every piece of s*** on this car makes noise.

Any ideas?
