Hi everyone, newbie here, today I went to the dealer for 3000 miles service, and also to ask someone how to set up the seat and phone automatically when unlock the doors, because sales guy told me its possible when I was buying the car, and today the other "mazda master" sales guy heard that for the first time, and said he can use that as a selling point! After 30 mins of trying to set it up we both gave up, so I wonder is that really possible to do?

Seat, yes. Phone? Never heard of. (speaking as a 2008 owner)
For seat, the memory seats should be able to recognize the key you hold to enter to CX9, and move the seat to your previous setting.
I personally did not try it since I drive my CX9 100% of the time.
My wife loves her ugly Prius....
