Emblem removal and installation help!

I plan to buy a new set of emblems (front / rear) to paint them black like I did on my NC1.

Any tips? Bumper removal? Are they just glued on? On my NC1, I have to remove the front bumper to remove the Flying M emblem...

If you're talking about the big "M" emblems, I can't help you lol. But if you're talking about the others I can.

The rear MAZDA emblem has 2 pegs that are offset... other than that the MAZDA and 2 are just 3M'd on I used a heat gun and fishing line tied around 2 pencils to get them off. Contrary to what the Corksport website says, the replacement DEMIO badge does not have the little pegs, I just made sure it covered the remaining holes (but I first took the plastic holders out, you'll see what I mean when you pry it off).
