HELP: Intermittent Slight Metal Grinding Noise

Hi all, all is good in the world - but recently I did a hard run (rare) Thursday night, and on the following day to work on Friday, going to and from work, I heard this thrashing/metal scratching noise up front.

Any idea what it could be?

Oil levels are ok
Turned on/off AC, still intermittently happens
Mostly while moving, although the funny noises did happen at idle too (more often while moving)

This did happen after a semi hard run the night before... how do I know if my LSD is broken, are the symptoms similar?

Is there anything else I should look at?

Hmmm. I get a funny shake at the wheel once In a while. It comes n goes. I myself think it can be my breaks. But who knows. These msp's are just so dam weird at times. Mines Happens after hard pulls.it's weird since I barely have to press the brakes since it's slow .lol but it's true. So idk.

if your LSD was broken, your car wouldn't move or it would just barely move, and if it was the LSD, it wouldn't make any noises while just idling.
