Clunk fix -- hard to find since they stopped making them, anyone have the tech specs?

Ok, have been trying to pay attention to the classified (though, to be honest, I think I've missed a couple of clunk fixes being sold) with little luck.

Anyone know if the plans or specs or drawings are out there? I'm thinking of going to a local metal working shop and having them make the necessary parts for me.

Thoughts?

i have the clunk sound as well but i think im replacing my struts which i think may be partial culprit.

what do you charge for those if you have a batch made?
