mz3 Torque Damper

Hey i just started looking into getting a torque damper for my mazda 3 2.3l... just want to know if its worth doing and if so how do you like it(if you use one) ... and good bands.. any help would be nice

Not sure about AT, but with manual tranny you have to shift tight to proper rpm for smooth shifting, advancing gears at too low an rpm(lugging) will really bring out the pre-stall shudder, don't know if i described that well...it really holds your engine tight along with your side engine mount. I've got the Ingall's, that and the twm short shift plate and dogbone rmm makes for some serious quick shifting, which is good. My engine's being rebuilt so I took it off a last week after being on for 2 years and it's in like new shape. +1 Ingall's
