Hey Everyone, so we just bout a used 06' mazda5. Only 31K miles on it, like it so far. However ran into an issue tonight that in my brief researching of this forum I did not see discussed.
I had locked the doors using the key, came back a time later and unlocked using the key in the door again. However when I opened the drivers door, the power lock button inside would not unlock the rest of ther doors. I manually opened the passenger door tried that unlock button, that would not unlock the doors either. However both buttons would still lock the car, just not unlock it.
I think the car entered some security mode. As I was about to head back to the dealership I put the key in the door again and locked and unlocked it a few times. After this my problem was solved, the buttons inside unlocked the car again.
So I read the manual and didn't see anything mentioned about this. Does anyone know anything about this?
