I have a 2004 6 2.3L throwing the P0441 code (evaporative emission control system incorrect purge flow). I know the purge solenoids have been an issue on these cars, and mine has already had it replaced once. I had the dealer do it last time but would like to take care of it myself. My questions are:
1. Is the purge solenoid just to the driver's side of the engine cover right on top?
2. What part do I order? From various sources I've been told to buy the following:
L491-18-740B (now C) - TSB 01-052/06 and part the dealer used last time
LF661874F - OnlineMazdaParts
L30118741 - Local dealer
These valves range from $31 to $120, so there has to be something different between them.
