Before I purchased my CX 9 I checked alot of web sites and heard alot of good about the car.
My problems come from Alexander Mazda in Cool Springs
My 09 was a "certified used" YET was sold with warning light on, past due for oil change,
the rotors need to be turned and the car was Dirty inside & out
They kept the car for over a week just to detail it. Got the car back with white polish residue, a teenager would have done better.
somehow the certified inspection can't be found
As customer good well the GSM wanted to up sell me to a 2010. Except his offers were thousands over other dealers. Total insult
With suspension problems It's back at the dealership It's still sitting there after a week
it needs a sway bar & bushings.
Should have went to Nelson Mazda
