Hands-Free System is locked. HELP!

Hi,
The Hands-Free System is locked on my '10 Touring and I've never been able to crack it. I have a call in to Mazda Handsfree support. The salesman set it during the delivery and I was never told what it was. Please help me bypass and reset the darn thing.

All I hear when I press the bluetooth button is "Hands-Free System is locked. State the passcode to continue." I've tried any and all possible 4 digits numbers I can think of.

Did you look in the manual for a reset code?

An obvious question I need to ask is
"why not go back to the dealer?".

Found it: you need to hold down radio power button, preset 5 and seek down (all three at the same time for a little while until the display shows Passwd Cleared)
