Mazda approved mod sticker?

Found this inside the door. Anyone know what the numbers represent? Maybe the previous owner had the ms cai and it's Mazda approved? That's all I can think of,keeping in mind that there is an aftermarket inlet on it from previous owner. Anyone?

That sticker is for the ECU Reflash that was done on the car. The MS CAI has a carb sticker on the intake.

Reflash? What for? It doesn't have a cai. I was just guessing that maybe at some point it did and that was what the sticker was for. Like maybe Mazda had approved it since it was a mazdaspeed cai.

the format on the sticker is written incorrectly it's suppose to be L39S-18-881D
D is for FED/ Canada models.
