what all is included in the deal? does everything work currently, I've heard that they are a pain to get everything to work right... I'm very interested...

It comes with everything I got. The only thing I don't have is the IPod cable. I have a sport so it's a simple plug and play. I know there are a couple more wires to hook up with the Bose, that's all. Everything works. I've used everything on the headunit.
 
Any chance it will come with instructions on what else I will need to hood up with the Bose ? can u send better pics of the unit to me?
