Hi there, i just bought 4 general altimax arctic winter tires and noticed while driving on highway that the steering feels very light and nimble not as stiff like before. Is this normal? do i need alignment? need your advice!

Winter tires generally have softer sidewalls and will detract from steering feel. If the change happened right when the winter tires were installed, that's probably it. The first thing I would do is check to make sure they are properly inflated. You might be able to get some of the feel back by bumping up the tire pressure a few PSI. To say, 34.

I would think low psi would make the steering feel heavy or sluggish, still need to check the psi, might be over-inflated way too much. The side wall will indicate what the max psi is for that particular tire, and the door jamb has the recommended tire psi. Somewhere in there where it feels comfy to you
