What's the Mazda5 bolt pattern and offset?

:
2006 Mazda5 MicroVan, 28B Carbon Gray
Might be nice to add this info to first post in wheel fit sticky...

Baby needs snow tires...

Are all Mazda wheels 5x4.5 (5x114.3)???

Bonus question? What is the typical range of offset? 48 to 52? Or?

Double bonus: What are the typical popular second set (snow/summer) wheelset that folks source from other models? MX5? Mazda3? Etc. on Craigslist? Love to buy with confidence.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Yes the bolt pattern or pcd is 5 x 114.3, hub bore is 67.1 mm and the stock wheel offset is 52.5 mm.

You should be able to run 45 mm to 55 mm or higher like 60 mm off of the mazda 6 no issues.

Cheers

Thanks! I love straight answers.

I come from the Subaru world where everything works on everything else (typically) and is 5 x 100 bolt/48 offset.

Does running 18's need fender rolling? Or is that only if the microvan has been lowered? (Again referencing the only somewhat helpful sticky)...

Thanks again!

I installed wheels size 18 x 7.5, 45mm Offset

Tires are 225-40-18, which keeps the same diameter as stock tires.

Stock suspension.

I did not rolled in the fenders. Doesn't really rub at all most of the time.
Only rubs slightly when the car is heavily loaded AND hits a dip on the road at high speed.

Other than that, works fine, even when fully loaded.

See my other posts for pics.

Im lowered with progress springs, 18x8 225/40/18 offset 45 no rubbing even when loaded with 6 adults.

18 is fine but proably stay w/ a 40 series. I have 225/45R18 and can rub but only under worst case. I have had 235/40R18 as well with no ill effects.

My 5 wheels were stamped 17 X 6.5 with a 52.5 mm Offset.

I run Mazdaspeed 18X7's now with 225/40-18 tires in summer, and 17X7's (42mm offset) with 205/50R17 snow tires for winter.

Brand new to forums and was ready to ask your exact question since I'm putting snows on 16' winter rims. Good to know my local Tire Factory is steering me straight with AL Mazda 6 16's to match bolt and offset. Open question to forum: how critical is offset? If I deviate what am I sacrificing in ride and handling. This Mazda 5 is my first "tuneable" car so I'll be checking the forums regularly for ideas and info.
Thanks in advance

I know, old thread but would 40+ offset work on a 2010 Touring?

those "Should" fit fine, as long as there isnt anything weird with the spokes. I have protege ES wheels on our 5 for winter duty, and they fit just fine. the protege rims are 16x6 +50.

40mm is a little low for offset and with higher sidewall you might rub. I would arrange a test fit for sure. The rim will stick out of the fender for sure but will depends on rim width as well.

At stock tire size, it should. I'm running 235/45-17, and have cleared +50 offset in the front and stock +52.5 offset in the rear. My tires are over an inch wider that stock, so 205/50-17 on +40 should fit. I'm also lowered with camber corrected back out a bit, so I have less clearance on the tire travel arc than a stock setup.
