This is my first post (next post will be my introduction in the lounge).
Anywho.
The wife (lucky) has an 2006 Speed6. The car is great. We both know what the turbo is supposed to sound like. lately it sometimes sounds almost like a honk sounds and not the normal pshshhhhhhhh sounds.
I am faily competent on working on cars, so what could it be and where should I check first? (next purchase is shop manual, then a turbo timer (wife forgets to sit for a minute after getting off the highway).
The check engine light is NOT on.
Car drives normal, but sometimes when in the boost it sounds like a honk...
