Hello all just wanted to see if I could get some help about an engine light.

I have had no trouble up until today... I installed a test pipe no problems drove around the block all was good I then installed a PG inlet put it all together started it up and got and engine light.

I have a hypertech sport max so I hooked it up and it gave me this code
DTC P138

I looked around online and did not find anything specific does anyone know what this is ? or what may have caused it?

The only code I see is a P1138 which says the bank 1 O2 sensor is reading rich. http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/mazda/

The code reads out exactly like this:

DTC#1 P0138

P0138 = Rear HO2S circuit high voltage

I assume that means what remspeed said, but I don't really know for certain.

The P0138 code is the generic code http://www.obd-codes.com/p0138.....it does mean what Z-Indy described
