Cruise control vacuum line

I just had the VICS recall taken care of on my '03 LX about two weeks ago. I had no idea that there even was a recall until after my engine suddenly started idling unbelievably roughly and it sounded like there was loose metal inside the engine. (which there was, since a screw was clearly being bounced around in one or more of the combustion chambers) After searching the forums, I found out about the recall and immediately took the car to the dealership. They replaced the intake manifold and fuel rail.

It turns out when they put the new intake manifold on, they didn't put the vacuum line for the cruise control back. They did put a cap on the vacuum port on the top of the intake manifold, though. Is this where the line to the cruise control is supposed to go or is there somewhere else? I've tried searching for pics of the engine compartment, but all I can find are pics of MSP's and super-modified engine compartments, so I can't tell if that's where it's supposed to go.
