Unscrew and remove the tiedown hook on both ends of the crossbar, tilt the crossbar up 90 degrees and pull up. Repeat with the other crossbar.
To remove the remaining sliders on both roof rails, look at the roof rails towards the back of the car, and you will see a small cover that can be removed. Remove the cover and the opening will allow you to remove the sliders.
