advice on double hoop roll bar and windscreen please...

Hi everyone,
I searched the forum and could not find a thread on this.
I want to buy a black double hoop roll bar for my '96 Miata, and I want a windscreen also (for the girlfriend).
Any advice on this? I'd like to install it myself. I'd like to know if the windscreen is worth it, does it really help hair from blowing forward?

I see the rollbars on Ebay for $59, they are exactly what I want, but they are listed as needing professional installation. I'm wondering why.

the $59 roll bars are nothing more than a "Style" bar and will do one thing should you roll the car, act as a mouse trap

They are only held on by 2 bolts on the seatbelt tower

As to the windblocker, i can't say, i can't use one with my rollbar, but from what i've heard, they're worth having for the female in the car

the non-function aspect is ok, I'm wanting one for cosmetic purposes.

I did some more Google-ing and found a few threads where people said the wind blocker is a good thing.

I think I'm going to go with a non-Ebay double hoop bar that comes with a wind blocker in hopes of getting higher quality.
