New Member, Need advice on wheels, will i rub?

Hey everyone, I just bought a P5 two days ago and have been using this forum extensively over the past week. So much amazing info on here and I can't wait to start modding my car.


-will I rub?
I want to get rims and found a nice cheap pair locally from a guy who is moving out of state

the wheels are 18 x 8.5. bolt pattern: 5 x 114.3. offset: +45mm.

I know most people are running 7 or 7.5 width, so will i rub with the 8.5?

*Stock suspension, NOT lowered.

Sorry to say but you will not be able to take advantage of that great deal.

18x8.5 is just too wide for our cars.

(iagree)!! You should stick with a 7 or 7 1/2 size wheel

thanks for the help. If anyone is looking for wide 18's they are in lansing, MI. I can't wait till I get some free time to start working on this car. future plans include painting calipers, wheels, blacking out headlamp backing, debadge, and blacking out mazda grill logo till i get the cash for a badgeless painted grill.

mmmm i'm mean u cud ona stock suspension but wudnt look very good lol n this guy is goin wide and fittin em ona sedan

Outside will be the same as the works I tried on, but I'll have a little more inner clearance which is nice, more room for camber. I got a sweet ass deal, they're gonna be repaired and refinished gunmetal
