MSP trans leak @ shift linkage going in trans...

Another problem with my msp. I lift the car to change the oil and gear oil was everywhere! I cleaned it all up and I am 100% positive it is coming from behind the boot on the trans where the shift linkages hook up to the shaft that goes in the transmission. How do I fix this? Is it a simple oil seal or something or does the entire trans need rebuilt? I appreciate all help! Thanks!
