Help! Wierd noise/vibration

So, i installed some cobb springs about a month ago now, all other suspension is stock still. Ive had no problems at all untill about 5 days ago i noticed my tires seemed to be humming so i went in to get an alignment, they said the toe was out but camber was right on still. They aligned it, i took it out again and still the humming. Now my humming at high speeds is also coupled with vibrations and when making turns at low speeds im getting a terrible snapping noise. I just noticed this noise yesterday and it is getting baad. anyone know what this could be? My tires were just mounted and balanced so that shouldnt be the vibration.

A know a lot of people that mistake tire noise for wheel bearings.

My money is on the wheel bearing.

where can i pick one up and can i do an install by myself? Will i need any special equipment? does anyone have a shop manual with instructions?
