auto door lock

Dear all

I am new to this forum ,i bought a new 2010 CX9 middle east spec ,it is such a nice SUV ,i got it three weeks ago ,it went for the 1st 1000KM check, two days ago ,and i have asked the Mazda agent about the automatic door lock ,when the engine is running and i have the smart key with ,(for worming up the engine it the morning ,but they responded ,we dont have the software to update your car ,and we need 20 days ,for the CD to come from Mazda HQ Japan ?????,can anyone help me .
By the way i live in Bahrain ,and it is a gulf spec

avionics, Bahrain hey. Musbe USN, if not my bad. I know nothing of auto lock while engine is running. I know it can be programmed to do so when off. This might be a job for an after market remote starter. BTW, why the heck are you are you wanting to lock doors while warming up. Bahrain isn't really a frigid area where one would normally want a "hot" vehicle.
