The Mazda Museum Tour!

Ooohhh.... wow. How do you know so much? Come to think of it, since this is in the museum, it might have been a prototype old enough to allow visitors to actually see it. Are you an automotive engineer?

absolutely NOT:) juts a car-nut (thumb).

yes, i live at an hour of road from Monza....;) but latest mods of circuit have ruined it...

nice pictures! I have some I can contribute from my last year’s visit to there.
Very awesome time!
I'll be in Japan in mid March, Osaka area. My wife and I are having a
ceremony. So we won't be going too far from Osaka. I'll try to post
up some picts later also. (drinks)

I was hoping Mazda was working on a supercar type of EV where the rotary engine only drives the generator that provides juice to a mongo electric motor (wasn't there such a prototype that can do 0-60 in 3.5 sec?).... but I guess not... darn...

Now that would be (cool)

mean thread!!! Gotta get myself down to Hiroshima!!!(rockon)

Thanks man...YES you do...ASAP! (drive)

We will be in Osaka on Aug 23. Probably be there for around 10 days.
I'll work at getting those picts up. I forgot about this thread. My father
passed away just after I posted the last time. A few months go by...
Even though that time passes, you seem stuck at the moment he passed.
If that makes any sense i guess. I'll work at getting those pictures up.
I got a few already up. Here they are.

The Museum is highly recommended. They treat English speaking tourists so well in Japan, and in some cases you don't have to give too much notice to go on the tour.

Once past the museum, the factory line itself is a real treat.

Well worth visiting Japan. A trip to Mazda is one of it's many highlights.
