Camber plates vs. Camber Bolts

I poked around the forum and didn't find the answer to my question.

I'm converting my protege to an auto-x only car. As such, I'm going to need to play with the camber quite a bit.

Now my last race car was an E36 BMW and we just had stock camber bolts. My question is which is better for the protege?

Camber kits like these: http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/performanceparts/Mazda/Protege/Suspension/Camber_Kits

Or camber plates like the ones AWR sells.

Like I said, I'm used to dealing with RWD german cars so please forgive my ineptitude.

TIA

To add to this, what are the options when using stock-style struts in terms of adjusting camber for our 3rd gens? I have bolts for now, but would like something more secure and easily adjustable. Delsing ones are essentially impossible to find, the AWR issue was raised above... anything else or are we SOL without going to a full coilover setup?
