I have a 2004 Mazda 3 Hatchback. About 6 months ago I had my engine replaced and ever since then both my airbag lights have been on.
My dealer wants to replace the control module for a few hundred $. However, I want to check the connections myself to sensors, etc because I feel that when the engine was replaced something might have been detached.
Where can I find the control module? and do you know where the sensor locations are so I can check the wiring?
If you have any other ideas of what might have happened that would be great.
