After deducing that I have a faulty amp, not 4 faulty speakers, I am looking to replace the amplifier in my 6.
Found one on eBay from a replutable seller, for an 05 6. Is this compatible?
The Model Number on my Bose amp is 6M81-18T806-AB. His is identical, but ends in CA. What is the difference?
More importantly, will it work? Mazda wants 650.00 for the part, plus labor for the install. I was thinking about just replacing the entire system and getting some in-dash GPS and the works. Alas, there is no 2 DIN adapter for the 6 that I or the tech guys no about. Installer.com has a great 1 DIN adapter, but I don't want to go that route. I just don't want to spend 900 bucks to make the system work the way it supposed to already!
