2010 Mazda CX-7
Hello from Okinawa Japan !

Just found this site by luck, I was Googleing tips on how to change springs on
a Mazda Premacy and 'pop' shows this boards, cool I'm going to be doing a
lot of DIY stuff, audio, video, springs, graphics, etc. on my 06 Premacy
(Mazda 5) and I'll be forever thankful for advice I can get, it's been a few
years since I've gotten dirty under the hood, like this , but retirement is fun...
so I'm not a total newb, but major stuff like this is all a fuzzy blurr
from 20 years ago.

We'll I got my lowering springs today in the mail from VIP Auto Works, plan
to hit the base hobby shop in the morning and try to swap out my stock
springs for lowered ones.

Wish me luck, I've not done something like this in 20 years.

Please if there is already a thread on this, consider this my welcome and please re-direct me if needed.

Oh, I'm retired Army, and here is our web site. www.blaydes2001.com Again, hello from the island of Okinawa Japan

Peace!

There you go guys...our link to cool Japanese mod parts for our mazda5

Yup, we've got AUTOBACS here, Stark, UpGarage, Yellow Hat, and more (Car parts and neat stuff stores in Japan BTW if you're unfamiliar with the names)

Funny though, I'm ordering things for a Mazda 5 via internet from USA and you guys will want stuff from here. (lol2)(2thumbs)

I'll do my best to take pictures along the way, plus once I get the entire thing done, audio, video, etc I can put an entire story on one page.

Here are some old pics of the ride:

Welcome to the forums, here is a local link that you may have seen before, but just in case:

Some good amateur mods made to a Premacy

Thanks for the link !!

Lots of pics and they translate things for me (can't read Nihongo, my wife is Japanese and she stopped translating for me years ago LOL!)

I know someone had to do a GT-R mod...like this:

Dang, almost forgot to post the Youb Tube link:

Mazda 5 Audio Video Build Step 1 of 5

There are more than 5 steps, but it's more like: MAJOR groups:

a) Video signal i.e. the music video is playing from the Zune

b) Strip the car, i.e. basket under seats, spare tire, etc. get ready for all the amps, cables, capasiters, etc.

d) Buy stuff and install it. (Big long part, takes months)

e) Tweak it and add the three monitors, out the back, 'hater vision'.

Anywho..more to follow...

Peace!

Hey everyone.... !!!!
