Help...cigarette lighter not working..

So I just got this new phone charger. I plugged it in and charged my phone for a bit and then unplugged it. For some reason, when I unplugged it, it broke off a small piece of my lighter. Now the lighter doesn't work no more.
It's not the actual lighter, but console.

Where can I find a replacement?

I'm sure it's not a blown fuse. When I push the lighter in, it doesn't even stay in no more. LIke I said, when I unplugged my phone charger, 2 pieces broke off from the lighter console not the lighter itself.

I checked with auto zone and napa auto parts today they said i might have to go through a dealer.

I found one on ebay.

mine never worked at all when i got the car. oh well, i dont smoke.
