Don't forget, Saturday August 5th is the Mt Washington auto road meet. Register now to save $5. I'm most likely going to make a day trip out of it, so if anyone else is driving up that wants to caravan, let me know.

Thinking about the 17th[emoji848]

Oh Canada!

Nice! I drove the Rx7 to work today after driving the REPU around last night working on the tune. Needless to say, the carbureted 12a is a bit of a disappointment compared to the fuel injected 13b....but at least the brakes are better. I'm hoping the weather forecast is clear enough for me to take the truck to Mt Washington on Saturday.

More fun at Thompson. I'm starting to really like this track. It's tight but offers plenty of challenges. Dropped a second off my best time with the rear sway bar disconnected. The car tended to plow a little bit exiting corners but at least i wasn't in constant fear of it turning for me.

I'm doing Palmer on Thursday. That'll probably be it for me for the season. Doubt I'll have time in September but you never know.

Sad day folks, I sold the RX-7. It was a fun build and learning experience. Still needed little things, and will be well taken care of. So now I'm sans Mazda again. Not sure what I'll buy for a "toy" car. I'm done with project builds for now though.

Chris, don't be surprised if you ever see it in your neck of the woods. The new owner lives on the Maine/NH borders.
