wheel weight

tried searching but couldn't find any info on the weigth of our stock wheels. i thought i had remembered reading somehwere that it was 16 pounds but i have doubted this? thanks guys

stock p5 rim is 16 lbs

thanks for the answer man, just trying to justify getting new wheels. theres no point in it for me if im just increasing unsprung weight

You could always buy these? Still 16lbs but 16x8 vs our 16x6 stockers which would allow you to run a wider tire....if that is something you are interested in.

Or you could hunt down some 06-07 MX-5 wheels. 16x6.5 and weigh in around 15lbs. Check my avatar.

yeah an extra inch in width would be nice for sure. ha i didnt realize that that was you. i remember your post when you got those back when i was lurking around here( been lurking for awhile ha) ive been searching craigslist for them but havent had any luck yet in my city(notcool)
