You really can't compare the D3 to the other two models. It is a discontinued model.
Between the F90 and 5120, I am going toward the F90 since it has the higher voltage preouts, built-in bluetooth, and comes with the ipod cable.
The 5120 is probably a lot faster and definitely has much better navigation than the pioneers though (Garmin>*)
