Add on Quick question: Do I have to remove the entire tail light assembly in order to change the bulb??

I've searched around and looked at the owners manual. You have to take the tail out to change the bulb.

no prob, an yea you have to open the little circles on the inside of the cargo area, then loosen the nuts, pull the taillight loose, then pull the bulb out, switch it then put everything back together. its really easy.

You got 3 on each side - 7440 tail & rev & 7443 tail/brk combo

what are the brightest bulbs you can get for brake lights?

Since you're talking about brake lights...

Both of my brake lights (middle one works) don't work. I checked the bulbs and they are fine.

My car was at the dealer and they let me know that my driver side brake light was out, but then when I checked it for myself a couple days later, they were both out.

Anyone got any ideas of what might be the problem or what I can check?

my bet would be a fuse. there should be tail light fuses under the dash.

Checked the fuses and nothing. Is there anything else I can try before I'm stuck taking it to the dealer?

try a new bulb? they have a double circuit thing or some crud
what mine did was it wouldnt be on when i turned my lights on but it would light up when i pressed the brakes. i replaced the bulb an now it lights up
