My 2007 MZ5 4AT (same as MZ3) is the only Mazda I've owned.
This automatic transmission behaves different from other torque converter type transmissions.
If I shutdown the engine in "D" with wheels against a chock (no brakes), the car will not roll back like all other automatic vehicles.
It will rollback, however, when I shift to "P".
Is there anything special about Mazda transmission?
The experiment is done safely manner.
