c. what is needed?
d. does the klze run unleaded?
e. turbo options of the klze, are their many?
f. I know it is obd-I, but what more is needed for the electrical switch?

From twofastracing:
Hello, What you need for a complete swap of KLZE in your protege is:
the engine KLZE
trany from the original KLZE or a trany of 626 93-97
you gonna need complete axle of the 626 right & left 93-97
normally we put a new distributor $450.00
the wiring harness of the KL
wiring diagram of the protege
Radiator of 626
thats it
d. does the klze run unleaded? yese. turbo options of the klze, are their many? yes but people say dont because of it's high compressionf. I know it is obd-I, but what more is needed for the electrical switch?

i. currently running fs-de, should I go fs-det instead of kl-de turned klze, or straight klze?kl-de if your going to boost... 10psi = 300whp kl-ze for NA... youll get more gains with KL motor

i plan on doing the same when my motor goes out
