How do I install HID fog light kit?

I have an 08.5 white MS3 GT. I'm looking to get an HID 6000k 35W fog light kit but don't know how to install it. Has anyone done this and can explain the install?

it's real easy to do but hard to explain. i'm pretty sure theres a write up somewhere. u dont need to relay it cuz ms3 already comes with the fogs.. u just need to connect the ballast to the fog wire, and connect the bulb. u dont need to take off the bumper. just take off the plastic undercover and u have access to the fogs. u can only connect the wires one way.
