On June 1st, my wife and my 3 1/2 year old daughter were involved in an accident in our Silver 2004 Mazda3 5-Door. Thank God they were able to walk away with just some bruises (my daughter barely had a scratch on her)! But as you can see, Zippy didn't fare so well..

He sacrificed himself to save them from serious injury. R.I.P., my friend.

Last friday, we brought home a brand-spankin', hot-off-the-assembly-line, fresh-off-the-truck, they-had-to-pull-off-the-protective-white-plastic-before-they-could-deliver-it-to-us new Copper Red Mica 2008 Mazda3 5-Door Touring.

Say hello to Jazzy...! (band)

UPDATE: renamed to "Lil' Red"

wow! that looks like it was a pretty big impact, glad your wife and daughter are OK.

congratulations on the new 3, good color choice.

Yea that is a sweet color choice. Glad your family is ok. :)

glad everyone's ok...

there's just something about that color I like...

Well, thank God you and your family are OK. From the pictures, it seems that the occupants may have suffered from some serious injuries.

The copper red mica looks good in that car and I prefer it more than the true red mica. When I was buying my CX7, the copper red doesn't suit well with me.

Have fun with jazzy
