I've been searching for a good place to buy cheaper rotors and pads than the dealer.
I need a new set of rotors and would be happy with the stock ones if I can find them cheap. Otherwise, I prefer slotted rotors for occasional track days and keeping the pads from glazing. I have no interest in drilled rotors.
I may just break down and buy some Carbotech XP8 and use them on the street (did this on my SVT Focus for years with no issues). However, I'd like to buy something under $100 that doesn't glaze on track days. Never found a set of pads that worked better than the XP8 for the Focus, but they are expensive.
Anyway, all the places I've found don't seem to know the difference between the 3 and Speed3 or the prices aren't much better than the dealer.
