Hard to shift into fifth at 3500 + rpm's!!!

So ya my msp i have to like force into fifth at anything higher than 3000 rpms but anything under it falls right into place car only has 85550 on it. any insight???

I was having that exact problem. Have all your motor mounts checked out; especially the rear one.

yeah thats true but how does your clutch feel and and how does the gears feel

The clutch hadn't been too bad, but 3rd gear was becoming hard to shift into, and 5th gear was near impossible at speed.

maybe this will help.... its probably the shift linkage support bracket under the differential, if that is out of line then the shift selector will shift differently, so instead of shifting to fifth by pushing it all the way over to the edge try shifting into fifth by not moving it so far from 4th (act like its a short throw shifter)
hopefully this will help! i just got back and figured out that that was my problem
